South Asia Studies Working Group

The South Asia Studies Working Group at Texas A&M University is an interdisciplinary forum dedicated to the critical study of South Asia and its global diasporas. Bringing together faculty, graduate students, and scholars from across the humanities and social sciences, the group supports research, fosters collaboration, and hosts events that engage with the histories, cultures, politics, and languages of the region. We aim to promote thoughtful dialogue and deepen understanding of South Asia in both local and global contexts.
